Come learn how to workout focusing on HIIT training principles while maintaining proper technique. All workouts will be under 12 mins so prepare yourself mentally for a great and quick workout while we bust the myth you need to spend hours in a gym.
Classes will start at 6:15 so please arrive 5-10 min early so we can start on time.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring water if needed. We will have some mats if needed but if you want to ensure availability please bring your own.
