Brian Reid has over 20 years of teaching experience and has been a martial arts practitioner in excess of 30 years studying various styles
Brian has participated in many martial arts tournaments and held undefeated titles in Thai-boxing and Kickboxing. He has run a number of fitness and martial arts classes throughout the London area for established clubs and privately. Dispensing professional tuition for individuals, small groups of friends, gym classes, universities, security companies and corporate clientele.
He has a passion for fitness and loves to help people get off the couch and moving, taking up an activity that they can grow to love and change their life for the better. Whether that be a love of gym based training, outdoors functional fitness, martial arts training, trail running or obstacle course racing.
