Health , fitness and mindfulness go hand in hand. We practice with awareness noticing the muscles that are working during each exercise paying attention to the connection between mind and body. During the practice please listen to your body and only do the exercises that are fit for you.

Pilates exercise is safe, responsible and result oriented. It caters to every body young and elderly, rehab and injury recovery, athletes and desk-sitting people, men and women.

When you start your movement journey with Pilates, you will experience the positive impact on your overall health and an increased fitness level from session to session.

 As Joseph Pilates said:“ In 10 sessions you’ll feel a difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see a difference and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body. ”

Through this mindful movement, I feel privileged to support people of all ages and fitness abilities on their fitness journey, to understand their body needs and inspire them to lead healthier lives.

If you have a medical of physical condition please consult a physician before you start any exercise regimen. With each workout the muscle strengthen and the body becomes stronger. Gradually as the muscles develop we can increase the number of repetitions and the difficulty but we need to manifest another quality - patience.
