Tim Pearson began his career in the world of make-up, through drag and theatrical productions, where he learned wig styling and costume fabrication. Pursuing a dream of be a part of something much bigger, he moved to NYC in 2007. In the time since arriving, Tim has had the opportunity to showcase his work in theater, television and film, as well as design editorial looks that have walked runways during NYFW. In a career spanning 18 years, Tim has worked as a freelance artist, consultant, and educator in beauty, fashion, fantasy and airbrush techniques. Tim has also enjoyed experiences in face/body painting and out of kit SFX. You can find Tim at Kryolan New York City, where he holds the role of Head Make Up Artist and Showroom Manager.

Kitty Lee Educator, Kryolan City New York

Kitty Lee is a New York native, born and raised in Brooklyn.  As a self-taught artist, Kitty learned about make-up through dance classes in school.  Her creativity continued to grow while attending the University at Buffalo for graphic design.  After completing college studies, Kitty began working in cosmetic retail--gaining experience and knowledge, while expanding her artistic skill set.  With nearly a decade of industry experience, Kitty has a passion for creative beauty, editorial, and Sfx make-up.  Kitty is an educator and member of the sales & artistry team at Kryolan City New York, teaching workshops on various topics.

Alaina "Lola" Pinto Educator, Kryolan City New York

Alaina "Lola" Pinto is a native New Yorker with a deep interest in beauty and creative education for much of her life.  She attended the High School of Art & Design, where she studied all facets of artistic mediums.  Well educated in fine art, Lola continued to expand her skill set as a trained artist at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she received a degree in graphic design.  With 25 years of industry experience, Lola has worked with high-end cosmetic brands, salons & spas across the US.  Throughout this time, Lola has had exposure in working backstage teams at NYFW, celebrity clients, and other on-set opportunities.  Lola is an educator and member of the sales & artistry team at Kryolan City New York, teaching workshops on various topics.

Becky Curl Educator, Kryolan City Chicago

Becky currently manages the Kryolan City Chicago retail store where she teaches a variety of workshops including Fantasy Make-up and Special Effects. She attended the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University and received a BFA in Theatrical Wig & Make-up Design. Becky has worked for theaters within the city of Chicago, as well as in several other cities including Las Vegas, where she interned on Cirque du Soleil'sMystere. 

Joel King Educator, Kryolan City San Francisco

Joel King is a professional make-up artist based in the Bay Area with over a decade of experience in the make-up industry. With proficiency spanning the mediums of commercial, print, fashion, drag, theater, and film, Joel offers a broad range of knowledge and skill. Since March 2017, Joel has been an integral part of the Kryolan Pro Make-up Artist team, and has taught a variety of workshops including Bridal Make-up, Drag and Make-up for Media.
