She has been on this Holistic path for 6 years. Izzy has healed herself from anxiety, low self worth , childhood trauma , and depression. She knows the importance of connecting to her divine feminine and embracing the embodiment of SENSUALITY. 

Izzy has been dancing for 20+ years and is professionally trained in many styles of dance.

Her mission is to empower women through self love bringing out their true divine feminine nature from within. Not only does she teach dance she curates classes , empowering workshops and 1:1private sessions.
