The Fink’s Brand was established in 2001 in a small takeout location in River Edge, New Jersey. Our catering operation has run continuously since then, and our current restaurant group was formed in 2012, with our sister location in Dumont, NJ. Our menu is cooked from scratch on premises using Fink’s own recipes, developed over his 30 year career. In addition to his study at the New England Culinary Institute, Dave ‘Fink’ Finkelstein has worked in world-renowned fine dining locations such as The Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, LA and local American standard stalwarts, like The Iron Horse in Westwood, NJ. Media accounts have labeled him "one of the Pitmasters that helped put NJ BBQ on the map.”
