I am Brenda Daly, an award winning baker and founder of Daly Bread, my micro-bakery.

Join me in my Bread Shed on one of my 3 baking classes - and follow me to keep an eye out for new themed classes. I am based in Old Isleworth, South West London - a short walk from the river Thames and a bus ride from Twickenham, St Margaret's and Richmond stations.

I have won awards for my sourdough, brioche and soda bread at the World Bread Awards in 2017 and 2019. I am passionate about healthy eating, particularly good bread! I am part of the Bread Angel network of bread makers and teachers, whose courses are consistently ranked in the top 3 in the London on Trip Advisor.
