The CERSA, Research Centre of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, organises a series of seminars on select topics in international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement.
International investment law and investor-state dispute settlementare undergoing rapid evolution and change. International investment law is facing some of the biggest challenges in its history and it is the object of various reform efforts. Investor-state dispute settlement remains a complexmechanismand several aspects are still debated. The purpose of this series of seminars is to discuss and debate selected topics in international investment law and investment dispute settlement, bringing together academics, practitioners and policymakers in a small international group in Paris.
