The Joy of Sakeholds events throughout the year in the firm belief that the best way to learn about sake is through actual tasting experiences.The annual program centers around main events in Honolulu, New York and Tokyo which provide an unparalleled perspective on the great variety of delicious sake being produced today. Follow-up “Aftertaste” sessions in major cities focus on specific areas of sake appreciation.The Joy of Sake is a non-profit organization whose mission is sake education.
