The Future of Precision Medicine Summit at MU ~ In

*OPEN INVITATION*
The Center for Biomedical Informatics at the MU School of Medicine will host a summit for research and medical professionals to discuss MU’s vision for precision medicine. 7:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, in Acuff Auditorium
The summit, which is a follow-up to a June 2018 summit held by UM System leaders, will gather clinicians and quantitative scientists involved in the planning for the Translational Precision Medicine Complex (TPMC). The TPMC will be a resource for researchers and clinicians to work together on advanced technologies and share important initiatives across the UM System.
The event will include presentations from Mark McIntosh, PhD, MU vice chancellor for research, graduate studies and economic development, and UM System vice president for research and economic development; Patrick Delafontaine, MD, Hugh E. and Sarah Stephenson Dean of the MU School of Medicine; and two panels featuring MU researchers and clinicians.
