Royal Holloway self-led campus tours 2019-20

Prospective students are invited to come and explore our beautiful campus. If you're unable to make one of our guided campus tours, a self-led tour is a great way to explore campus at your own pace. Self-led tours are offered on almost all dates throughout the year (apart from days we are hosting large events such as Open Days or when the College is closed), and are available any day of the week, between 9am and 5pm.
Your self-led guide and welcome pack can be collected from:
Monday - Friday: Student Services Centre in the Emily Wilding Davison Building Weekends and bank holidays: Library help desk in the Emily Wilding Davison Building
Please book for the day you intend to visit - you may arrive at any time between 9am and 5pm.
Visit our Campus Tours website for more information about the tours, as well as the alternative types of tours, FAQs and additional opportunities to visit Royal Holloway. If you have any questions that haven't been answered please contact us on +44 (0)1784 414112 or campus-tours@royalholloway.ac.uk.

FAQs
Can I update, change or cancel my booking?
It is possible to amend, update or cancel your booking from within your Eventbrite 'My Events' page. We would appreciate it if this can be done as soon as you are aware of any changes so we can prepare accordingly.
If you are unable to amend your booking on Eventbrite for any reason please contact us on +44 (0)1784 414112 or email campus-tours@royalholloway.ac.uk with the details of what you are trying to amend, update or cancel.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Public transport:
Egham railway station is the nearest station to our campus. It is approximately 1.2 miles from our Founder's Building and there are bus and taxi services between the station and our campus. Please note that your Oyster card or Zone 6 Travelcard will not take you as far as Egham railway station, and you will need to purchase an additional ticket for this part of your journey as we are outside of Zone 6.
By car:
It is free to park on campus for the duration of your visit. We are, however, required to assign you a parking permit for the day. Therefore, please ensure you provide you vehicle registration details when you are booking your campus tour. If you decide to drive after completing the booking form please email campus-tours@royalholloway.ac.uk with your registration details at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The parking permit will be issued to you automatically, so you don't need to display a permit in your vehicle.
If you are unsure which vehicle will be used, or you decide to drive last minute, please report to Founder's main security office (opposite Founder's reception) on arrival to register for parking.
When you arrive on campus, we recommend that you park in either car park 4 or 12. Please note that we cannot guarantee a parking space on the day of your visit.
