Owen Foote is a local urban planner and architect is an avid canoeist who has advocated for neighborhood improvements over the past 30 years. He leads tours to discuss the challenges faced to advocate for an improve Brooklyn's shoreline access and use, the challenges ahead and how everyone can get involved in changing their neighborhoods.
