General sales conditions of products sold on Worldeventz

Article 1 - Object

The present conditions govern the sales of the Products listed on Worldeventz.com, an events website.

Article 2 – Price

The price of our products are given in Euros all taxes included. All orders of whatever origines should be paid in Euro. The company reserves the right to change its prices at anytime, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is validated.

Article 3 – Rate

The price is single, without discount. It is proposed on a minimum basis of 24 hours non divisable, from the validation of the payment. Le maximal date to put forward an event corresponds to its end time or start time if the enf of the events is not completed. It will be on the top of the list if its location match with the visitor's research. If few events are proposed on the head list, they will be broadcast alternately. In random order.

Article 4 - Purchases

The contractual terms presented in french and english, will be confirmed at the latest at the confirmation order. Worldeventz reserves the right to avoid a payment, and to not confirm a purchase for whaterver reason, and more specifically in the case of supply problems.

Article 5 - Validation of your order

Any order selected by Worldeventz supposes a reading and acceptation of the present conditions. Any order confirmation refers your fully membership to these general sales conditions without any condition or reserve. The collected datas in their entirety and the stored confirmation consist of a proof of the business transaction. You acknowledge to have fully understood and accepted these Rules on Our Website. The confirmation is worth a signature and implies the agreement to the business transaction made. Article 6 – Payment

Completing your order means the obligation to pay the price indicated. The payment of your purchases is made by credit card, or by your Paypal account with the secure system of the same name. The card is debited when the order is taken.

Article 7 – Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the French "code de la consommation", the right of cancellation is not applicable

Article 8- Availability

Our offers of products and prices are valid for as long as they appear on the website Worldeventz.

Article 9 – Responsability

The products offered are in compliance with the French legislation in force. The responsability of Worldeventz shall is not responsible in case of non-respect of the legislation of the country where products are ordered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities regarding the using possibilities which you envisage ordering. Furthermore, Worldeventz shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by misuse of the service. Finally, the responsability of Worldeventz shall not be liable for the event of damage or inconvenience inherent to the use of the Internet network, namely service interruption, outside intrusion, or computer viruses.

Article 10 - Applicable law in the event of dispute

The language of this contract is English and French. These terms and conditions of sale are complied in accordance with French law and the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

Elements of the website Worldeventz are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Worldeventz. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, exploit, redistribute o- reuse for any purpose whatsoever even as small excerpts any material from the website be they software, text, image, visual or sound (are also covered for reference sound recordings, graphics and drawings, photographs, tools). Any simple or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without express written agreement from the management of Worldeventz.

Article 12 – Personal data

Society Worldeventz reserves the right to collect personal data and any other additional information available to us about the user. There are necessary for the success of your order process as well as improving our services and informations we submit to you. Article 13 - Proof of archival storage

Worldeventz will archive orders form and bills on a fiable and lasting aid as a copy  in conformity with the french civil code act. 1348. The computerized databases, preserved in the information technology systems of the company Worldeventz. under reasonable conditions of safety, will be regarded as the evidence of the communications and of the orders occurred between the parts.
